a mentor is defined “as someone who is willing to share their experience and perspective, guiding their mentee to higher levels of professional awareness and, ultimately, performance,” . Mentoring is a relationship in which an experienced person
provides guidance to a less experienced person to help with his or her career development.

Integrated program for Training and Coaching is a comprehensive program that combines classroom instruction, hands-on learning and individual coaching and mentoring to ensure that participants master the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful in their chosen field.



Training And Mentoring Corporate Professionals To Become Successful Entrepreneurs


1. Establish a Vision: Help corporate professionals identify and articulate their vision for becoming an entrepreneur. Work with them to establish goals and objectives based on that vision.
2. Develop a Business Plan: Work with the corporate professional to develop a business plan that outlines the resources they need, strategies they can use and plans they can implement to reach their goals.
3. Research and Network: Encourage the corporate professional to research other successful entrepreneurs and network with them to gain insights and best practices.
4. Access Resources: Assist in finding resources such as financing, mentors, business partners and other services to support the entrepreneur’s venture.
5. Monitor Progress: Monitor the corporate professional’s progress and offer support and guidance as needed.
6. Celebrate Successes: Celebrate successes along the way so that the entrepreneur can stay motivated and inspired

Leadership Development Programmes


Our Leadership development programmes are designed to help individuals develop and refine their leadership skills. These programmes are typically tailored to the individual's needs and may focus on topics such as communication, decision-making, problem-solving, conflict resolution, delegation, and motivation. They may also include activities to help participants develop self-awareness and an understanding of how their behaviour affects others. Some programmes may also provide guidance on how to create a vision and strategy for their team, understand team dynamics, and develop an effective team culture.


Leadership development programmes can be delivered in a variety of formats, including classroom-based instruction, online learning, and experiential learning. Strategic Trainers And Mentors Association provides training and development services to professionals. These services can include developing customized training programs, providing instructional design and content,

administering assessments and surveys, providing training in technology and software, and offering to consult and coaching services. STMA is a team of professionals with expertise in a variety of areas related to employee development and performance.

INCEPTION

STMA is the brainchild and fruition of lifetime efforts of Late Manoj Kumar Sinha, an IIM Calcutta (Kolkata) Alumni and Corporate Trainer for a multitude of organisations, both Government & Corporate. We, the members of STMA feel deeply committed in carrying forward his mission of providing pioneer path-breaking training and consultancy for transformative social initiatives and action.

All in all, our vision is to emerge as a premier centre of excellence of national and global repute for the training and mentoring of the youth, academicians and corporate personnel for the handling of complex and mission-critical challenges of the future besides supporting the mission of 'Atmanirbhar Bharat'

Mission

The mission of STMA is to impart high quality transformative training and mentoring to shape the students and corporate professionals into world class executives, and decision makers.

OBJECTIVES

1. To enrich our trainees with mental agility, ethics, values and practical insights along with their training in qualitative and technical skills.

2. To maintain the quality and quantity, trainers and mentors available with STMA and conduct the contracted and required number of MDPs (Management Development Programs) and FDPs (Faculty Development Programs) with their help.

3. To provide short duration capsule courses to the job seekers and also provide support in their placement.

4. To Associate not only with the Corporate and academic participants, but play an important role for the development of employees in Central and State Government organizations in the fields of management, administration, behavioral science, communication skills, computer & IT skills and various other important tools for effectiveness and efficiency.

5. To act as a pioneer in providing specific training & assimilation of techniques in Financial Planning, Wealth Management, Alternative Investments, Security Analysis, Portfolio Management and Investor Awareness through offline and online modes.

6. To provide qualitative, innovative and appropriate consultancy in technical and commercial skills at a suitable cost and also within adequate time frame.

7. To entrepreneurship development programmes as well as hand-holding of start-ups and entrepreneurs through mentorship. For this we will establish incubation centres at various academic institutions all over India.

8. For holistic health and performance of students, entrepreneurs, academics and executives, we will develop a Yoga and meditation centre which will cater to different segments.

9. To upgrade the academic standards of educational institutions and students . STMA will also provide academic training for success in UGC NET/JRF in the subjects of economics, commerce and management and also the general paper. Training in other interdisciplinary subjects will be taken up later.

10. To Training and mentor on wastewater treatment and other programms of industrial productivity.

11. To work for the development and growth of the organizations as well as their human resources.

12. To work on various projects for organizational improvement like POSH and intervention for building positive work culture.
